not at all. Smegme even is necesseray. it moisturises the sensitivises the gland of the penis. For sure after some time you do need to remove it by cleaning only with water. Nothing else. But leave it for a month or more, no harm is done. unlike everybody saying the contrary. You cannot even trust doctors anymore as they are fucking brainwashed too. We always have to see fact as how they are without judging them. Now, Semgma it not reall needed, but it doesn't harm if you leave it for a few months.
