After discovering BDSM.
I've put my pegs on either side of my foreskin. One side of the peg on the inside so it runs my glans and the other side of the peg on the outside of the foreskin. This way the foreskin is clamped tight. Great feeling. Most I've had is 6 but 3 is better as more manageable.
