It*s sad there*s people out there who can only embrace their sensitivity through humiliation. It comes from a way too harsh judgement of the self and I wish them all better 
no one's less of a man for not being fucking hard and macho all the time. full men know when to be hard and when to be soft. embrace ALL your sides, it'll make you a better leader too, which is what im guessing is something many obsessed with being hard strive for! i know it was for me!
also, a good leader knows when to follow! life is nothing but situational and no one can know everything, not first try and not ever! : ))
