Hey, honestly, if you were my wife I would ensure you'd have this kind of alone time once a day if you wanted. Also, group time if wanted. Any time spent relaxing, de-stressing, allowing your mind and body your emotions all to relax and accept all the heart rate increases, the flood of endorphins throughout your body that you can actually feel as excitement and hot sexy images driving your brain into hyper drive horniness so you feel tingly and really excited as every atom from your skin to your bone every body system getting a workout. Never has been working out felt this good, but I'm getting cardio until I'm drenched in sweat and need a cool down.
