I wonder - based on how fast the moans came... chili powder or worse and ice water as the enema? I imagine her being required to make the enema up,knowing it will be used on her, knowing how it will burn and make her cramp. 4 litres for bloating cramping and pain...She knows what is coming, and quietly allows herself to be locked in place. The thing is - she has done her best to wipe out empathy that would be felt for her. She is that thing - where nobody feels for her pain, and even people normally empathetic will smile while she squirms and moans in pain.
