Hi, do you actually set aside time to count the 50 reps ? I just do it when I remember and I don't know how many reps I do but certainly not 50. Just like to increase endurance.

3 Days a week 50 reps throughout the day will increase your load size, shooting distance, and endurance. Its strengthening the release gland so you have more control when to let get.. and when you do pow pow pow
